Creating an Optical Illusion 3 D Hands - Activity - AWESOME Arts

Materials

  • Paper
  • Pencil
  • Ruler
  • Coloured markers
  • Mug

1) Using a pencil,trace around your hand and the bottom of a mug so that you have a circle on the page.

2) Using your ruler trace straight lines across the page avoiding the traced hand and circle area

3) Drawing a curved line, join the stripes up with the same colour in the traced area. For a more advanced image you can select colours that create an ombre effect
